INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

at checkout, select your shipping destination to view available pricing, delivery times and shipping costs. items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (“import fees”). the recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all import fees.
 
LOCAL CUSTOMERS

we offer in-store pick up. if you select this method, we ask that you collect your purchase from our store within three days.  
  

RETURNS

return policy
whether you shop in store or online, we want to make sure you love what you’ve ordered.

we accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise with tags intact.
all sunglasses, beauty, and sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

to be eligible for a full refund, returns must be postmarked within 5 days of receipt for jewelry and within 10 days of reciept for all other departments. returns postmarked within 15 days of delivery are eligible for store credit or exchange only.

please include all original packaging. if returning shoes, please do not use the shoe box as the shipping container.
