SHIPPING

available inventory will ship within 1 business weekday via UPS. 
  • free UPS ground shipping on orders over $300
  • carrier-calculated rates available for UPS 3-Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
presently, we do not offer a flat rate shipping option for international orders. we are happy to provide shipping quotes on a case-by-case basis. please contact us at web@thinkscarpa.com for further information.
 
LOCAL CUSTOMERS
we offer in-store pick up. if you select this method, we ask that you collect your purchase from our store within three days.  
  

RETURNS

if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise with tags intact for a full refund, exchange, or store credit postmarked within 10 business days of delivery. items postmarked within 15 business days are eligible for store credit or exchange only. 
SALE ITEMS
items marked at 50% off and above are final sale and cannot be returned. 
items marked at 35% off may be returned for store credit only. 
 
RETURN AUTHORIZATION
if you would like to return any item(s) from your order, please email us at web@thinkscarpa.com within 10 business days of receiving your shipment for a return authorization.
 
once you have obtained return authorization, please follow the guidelines below for returning your item(s):
  • postmark will be considered as the date of the return
  • items postmarked after 10 business days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee
  • for shoes and boots, please place the return in the original manufacturer’s box. place the original manufacturer’s box in a suitable shipping container. please do not use the manufacturer’s box as the shipping container
  • we cannot process a refund, credit, or exchange until we’ve inspected the condition of the returned item(s). once approved, your refund will be issued to the credit card you used to place the order. store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card. you’ll receive email confirmation in either case.
  • please send your insured return with a shipper who provides tracking information to our address printed below.
  • please email your tracking number to web@thinkscarpa.com

SHIPPING COSTS
unfortunately, we will be unable to offer refunds for any shipping fees for orders returned for refund only. however, we will refund the cost of return shipping for item(s) returned for exchange or store credit.
   

BEAUTY
all beauty products including makeup, skincare, fragrance, beauty accessories, and body products are considered final sale and cannot be returned for refund, exchange, or store credit. 

 

FACE MASKS

all face masks are final sale and cannot be returned for refund, exchange, or store credit.
