Refund policy
whether you shop in store or online, we want to make sure you love what you’ve ordered. we accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise with tags intact. restocking fees may apply if these conditions are not met or your return may be rejected.
online purchases
regular-priced items
may be returned for a full refund within 10 days of receipt. for all online returns, the postmark date is considered the return date.
swimwear
all swimwear is considered final sale and cannot be returned for refund, exchange, or store credit.
all markdown items
are considered final sale and cannot be returned for refund, exchange, or store credit.
shipping fees
we do not offer refunds on original shipping fees.
how to return an online order:
1. pack up your item(s)
please include all original tags and packaging and use the original shipping box. if returning shoes, please do not use the shoe box as the shipping container.
2. ship your return
use the enclosed pre-paid shipping label and take your package to any UPS drop-off location.
3. we’ll email you when your return is approved
we typically examine and process all returns within 3 business days of arrival. your financial institution may take up to ten days to credit your account once we issue your refund.
in-store purchases
our policies differ for certain categories of merchandise, please review the policy that aligns with your purchase below.
shoes & apparel
may be returned for a full refund, exchange or store credit within 5 days of receipt and for exchange or store credit within 10 days of receipt.
jewelry, accessories & home goods
may be returned for exchange or store credit within 10 days of purchase.
sunglasses, beauty, swimwear, sale merchandise, personalized items & trunk show purchases
are considered final sale at all times and cannot be returned for refund, exchange or store credit.
the fine print
we reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way or, as an alternative, may reduce the amount of any applicable refund or exchange accordingly.
