Shipping policy
we want you to get your new stuff lickety-split. once your order is placed, we’ll process it and get it out the door as quickly as possible. orders placed before 3 PM monday through friday are shipped out day of. orders placed after 3PM will ship out on the following day. once we ship your order, you’ll get an email with tracking info so you can follow its progress.
continental US shipping
- enjoy free US domestic ground delivery on orders over $250.
- additional shipping methods, including expedited shipping, are available at checkout. select your shipping destination to view available carriers, delivery times and shipping costs.
international customers
- unfortunately at this time, we do not offer international shipping.
special locations
- shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office.
- expedited orders shipping to alaska and hawaii require 1 additional day to deliver.
- rural domestic addresses require 1 or more additional days to deliver.
local customers
in a hurry? enjoy quick and convenient in-store pickup by selecting “Pick up in store: CHARLOTTESVILLE ONLY” as your shipping method at checkout.
- orders placed by 3PM EST will be ready within two hours for same-day pickup. orders placed after 3PM EST will be ready the following business day.
