it all started with an invitation to tea…
our connection began when jemima deployed the ‘flattery gets you everywhere’ strategy by sending a breathtaking bouquet of flowers and a note saying how much she loved our store and would love to work together. of course it was timed perfectly to be front of mind when susie and amy headed to new york for the melee jewelry show. when we met she might have used the word ‘stalked’ when talking about following us on instagram.
she followed that up with a lovely gold teacup and a packet of herbal tea in her perfect orange packaging with a note to continue our conversation: ‘let’s have tea’. color us smitten by a thoughtful and creative approach. spam email has no chance next to this method. and so we met in vegas (at the jewelry show) and the rest is history.
