About The Role

Scarpa is looking for a Director of Marketing to help lead our growth and success across all channels. In this role you will: 

:: Use data to drive overall strategy to meet specific growth goals

:: Provide regular reports on project/sales progress and Marketing budget(s)

:: Conceptualize and execute marketing initiatives across all channels (.com, social media, advertising, SEO, email, print, events, etc.) that will increase the share of business driven by online sales.

:: Apply a design thinking approach: test and learn to quickly understand what works for our business and brand; apply learnings to build a sustainable marketing strategy.

:: Identify and build media/PR partnerships in support of growth strategy 

:: Manage in-store events and social media

:: Work closely with the Creative Director to insure all editorial content is in line with our brand and marketing strategy

:: Manage the Creative Operations Associate

:: Lead and coordinate projects with  the Marketing Team which includes the Creative Director, Creative Operations Associate and Photoshoot Manager

Qualifications & Experience

:: 4+ years of marketing/business development experience with a focus on data-driven e-commerce strategy and execution preferably in a fashion, retail, beauty and/or wellness industry; start-up experience is a plus.

:: Experience managing a website/marketing initiatives + SEO in a high-end retail business model with experience planning across multiple sales channels (eCommerce and retail).

:: Thrives in a highly collaborative, fast paced work environment; must be able to establish priorities and be flexible in an ever-changing environment.

:: Ability to scrub and synthesize large amounts of data, strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets is preferred.

:: Bonus points for experience working in Adobe Creative Suite, MailChimp, Shopify and/or Graphic Design.
